Health & Safety

The health & safety of our team and key stakeholders has always been at the forefront of how we run our business. Whilst it is an integral part of working in our industry, we take pride in ensuring that health & safety is embedded in our culture at Lynwood Civil Engineering. We work closely with our Safety, Health and Quality Manager (SHEQ) and the Building Safety Group, to ensure that all procedures and operations are carried out safely and to the correct standards.

From ensuring compliance with CHAS accreditations at the corporate level, to van & site checks, toolbox talks and PPE education amongst our employees, we ensure safety and welfare compliance is adhered to across all aspects of our business.

Quality & Assurance

We operate as a people first business by investing in our workforce to ensure our teams have the support and qualifications required to exceed our clients expectations. We offer extensive development opportunities that enable our employees to grow with our business, providing over 20+ qualifications to enhance their experience and skill sets. In return, our team has a strong & collaborative work ethic, and does whatever it takes to deliver projects at the highest standard.

As our business has expanded over recent years, so has our fleet of vehicles & self-owned plant. We have recently upgraded all vehicles to offer a new and more efficient fleet with the tools, equipment & welfare facilities required to offer a reactive and safe service when delivering projects. We also continuously invest in our self-owned plant to increase our efficiencies and strengthen our ability to deliver across a diverse range of services.
