Private Sewer Connections
As an approved contractor for private sewer investigations, connections and diversions, we work with developers, general builders, homeowners and the general public on a day-to-day basis providing a prompt and quality service.
All of our work is delivered in accordance with the “Sewers For Adoption” specifications, meeting the industries section 104 adoptable standards. We are also an approved contractor of Wessex Water to deliver these works throughout their region.
Services include:
- Site investigation and survey
- Liaison between the customer and water company
- Laying and connecting new sewer drainage to a new development /property
- Diversion of existing sewers
- Approach 1: We prepare and lay all the required infrastructure as part of our delivery for the customer
- Approach 2: Customer / other contractor prepares and lays the infrastructure we complete the connections only
Capital Delivery
We have a wealth of experience and capability in delivering projects across the infrastructure sector. Our agile approach enables us to deliver large & small schemes in both a commercial and domestic setting.
We operate as either a principal contractor or subcontractor depending on the scheme, and can also provide our services on a labour only or labour, plant & materials basis.
